● 300 qualified workers:
At present, about 300 workers are working for us, among whom, more than 45% are qualified with college or university education，three with Postgraduate degree and three senior engineers.
The eight main departments of our company are: R&D Dept, Quality Dept，Production Dept，Planning Dept，Market Dept.，Purchase Dept.，Doc. Dept，and Finance Dept, among which the R&D dept is very powerful, occupying 30% of all the staff.

Here gathered many experts in different fields, such as infrared phonology, electronics, designing, etc. Further more, three senior engineers were approved by the municipal engineering technology research center in August, 2010.
